Policy and criteria of nominationEach shareholder has the right to nominate themselves or one or more other individuals for membership on the Board of Directors. The candidate must meet all the nomination conditions for the Board of Directors’ membership as stipulated in the Policies, Standards and procedures for Board Membership (attached), and must complete the following requirements within the time frame specified in this announcement and in accordance with Al Hammadi Holding’s Policies, Standards and procedures for Board Membership, as well as applicable laws and regulations:1- Candidates who wish to nominate themselves for the Board of Directors’ membership must disclose their intention to nominate, by submitting a notice to Al Hammadi Holding’s management. This notice must include the profile of the candidate in both Arabic and English, detailing their resume, qualifications, and professional experience. (attached)2- The candidate must disclose any conflicts of interest, including having a direct or indirect interest in the business and contracts executed for Al Hammadi Holding’s account, or participating in any activity that competes with Al Hammadi Holding Co. or competes in one of the fields of activity that Al Hammadi Holding engages in.3- The candidate must submit a signed copy of Form No. (1) – the resume, issued by the Capital Market Authority after filling it out electronically in both Arabic and English. Al Narjis Hospital – Expected launch in 2028 .Building on this, Al Hammadi is expecting to launch its fourth hospital in 2028. Al Hammadi Hospital Al Suwaidi

Launched in 2015, Al Suwaidi Hospital is located in a strategic southwest neighborhood of KSA’s capital. Today, the facility houses 300 inpatient rooms, 80 outpatient clinics, and 13 operating rooms. The facility also has a cardiac catheterization room, two upper and lower endoscopy rooms, a kidney stone treatment room, and a lithotripsy room.
